CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO DEVELOP A STRONG CORE TO INCREASE THE PLAYERS OVERALL STRENGTH & QUICKNESS.

BE MORE EXPLOSIVE AT THE PLATE, ON THE MOUND AND ON THE BASES. HAVE A QUCIKER FIRST STEP, HAVE MORE POWER AT THE PLATE AND MORE VELOCITY ON THE MOUND.

40 MINS CLASSES. MAX 6 PER CLASS
CLASSES EVERY THURSDAY.

Sponsor check will be cut once all cage time is paid for. Cage time is calculated per cage (ie. 2 cages & 1 mound for an hour equals 3 hours of cage time) Based on $22/hr per cage.
